Many persons are increasingly stressed on the job leading to rising levels of frustration and burnout. Reduced productivity severely hurts the economy. The Brown's Corners Chaplaincy Services attempts to address some of the problems faced in the workplace as well as provide resources in facing workplace challenges.

Why Have a Chaplain?

Our desire is to support your goal to provide quality care for your employees. We recognize the value of each individual employee and are committed to offering employers and employees the necessary tools to navigate life's challenges. Company chaplains act as designated helpers who serve at no cost to your employees and their loved ones.

How Can Chaplains Help?

Whether employee concerns stem from financial, marital, family, addictions or work related stress, chaplains offer confidential 24-hour support in case of personal crises.

Upon request, a chaplain will:

• Meet at a neutral site, away from the workplace, to discuss personal and spiritual challenges.
• Visit a nursing home, hospital or prison.
• Provide bereavement care, or officiate at a funeral or wedding.
• Provide information on marriage preparation and wedding ceremonies.
• Offer spiritual guidance and direction.
• Confidential life coaching and prayer support for business owners.

Mid-Week Minutes for Meditation

Mid-week we offer an "open house" from 11 am to 2 pm at the Chapel.

We are open for personal prayer, reflection and meditation.

Meditation minutes are short reflections for the week.

Our Aim

We aim to focus on spiritual issues. Already in Canada and the United States there are more than 4000 corporate chaplains in the workplace. At one time chaplaincy roles were assigned to hospitals and military. Today we recognize that men and women are spending increasing amounts of time in the workplace. We want to help them to tap in to spiritual resources.

Our role is to enable every woman and man to discover the rich and untapped spiritual dimension of life available to all of us.

ABOUT BILL FRITZ CHAPLAINCY DIRECTOR The Rev. Dr. Bill Fritz .....Bill is a graduate of the Canadian Urban Training Programme.  He has served seven churches in pastoral ministry.  He was also an RCAF Chaplain and is a Stephen Ministries trainer; Bill holds degrees in ministry from Union Seminary, NYC and Trinity Seminary Liverpool England.  .....Bill is married to Joan.  They have 6 children and 12 grandchildren.  Bill and Joan reside in Uxbridge, Ontario.
